I love it when I call in to a coaching session. I’m always amazed at how many people want to be coached, but they’re too afraid to admit they need it. I like to talk to people about what makes them tick. I like to ask them how they’re feeling, what their goals are, and how they can get more out of their lives. This is because the coach will only be able to help you with what you need. When we do have someone that I need to give me, I use the coach in a couple of different ways. First, I’m going to teach someone how to use the coach to get better at what they need.
