It was only a few months ago when I first went to meet with my life coach, but I knew my goals for my life. We sat down and put pen to paper and I wrote down all the things I wanted to accomplish, and then I kept going back to that same page and thinking about it over and over again. And it just changed it.
I remember I was on a flight back from the UK when I realized I was going to be in the process of letting go of all the things that were holding me back. I was going to stop pretending that I could be happy and just be. I realized that that was all that was important. The next day I said out loud, “I will do this for me.” And it was so easy.
And then I thought about quitting my job. So I thought about it. And then I decided I wasn’t going to quit my job. And I never stopped going back to those pages and asking myself the same questions again.
Live me convert is a great little game. I think it’s an excellent way to get you thinking about your own personal journey. I think that it’s great for anyone who is feeling stuck because of anything at all. It gets you to think about why you’re stuck and what you can do about it.
I don’t know if you know this but every now and then I get an email from a friend saying they are considering going on this journey. I know it might sound weird but I actually try and do the same thing with my friends. I have a friend who is struggling with his weight issues, and one time I asked if he was on something called “The Keto Zone,” and he said “I am.
I know that I have a friend who is struggling with his weight issues, and as I mentioned, I asked if he was on the The Keto Zone, and he said I am. I don’t know how much you know about what the Keto Zone is, but it is this diet that is basically going to make me permanently fat.
I know this might sound a bit odd, but in the past I’ve started off by making myself “fat” by eating a lot of chocolate. After a while, though, it gets easier. One day I was on the Keto Zone and I was eating chocolate, and the next night I ate a lot of chocolate, but I still ate a lot of salads.
It’s almost like the Keto Zone is a way of being a fatty. It’s the diet that literally means you will never be fat, but you’ll still be able to eat ice cream and chocolate that you normally wouldn’t. But instead of using food to literally make you fat, it’s the idea of food that literally makes you fat.
