With the growing awareness that packaging is a major contributor of greenhouse gas emissions, it’s high time we take the time to make packaging better.
When it comes to packaging, I think that people are more concerned about the environment than most of us would like to admit. Most of us would rather cut down on the amount of plastic packaging we use than be a small part of the solution.
The problem is that most of the plastic we use is not recycled properly. The problem is that the manufacturers are not recycling it. The problem is that we don’t know where to get the plastic that we use so we have to pay more to send it to China. And the problem is that we are using it to make plastic toys.
The solution? The solution isn’t to be as concerned about the environment as we would like to be by purchasing more recycled plastic. The solution is to actually recycle what we have, because it is much more efficient to recycle it than to use it to make plastic toys. I think we should all be looking more closely at the companies that manufacture our packaging. I think they look a lot worse. I mean the ones that look like they’re being used for something other than packaging or food packaging, they don’t look like they care about the environment. They’re the ones that make the packaging so cheap that it is a waste of resources to make.
The companies that make our packaging are the ones that are throwing it into the trash and making it look like it is.
