Theres a good example of this in the recent news. The story of the woman that was so focused on getting better, but ended up getting worse. When we start to take a look in the mirror, we might get a better idea of where to take the blame.
If we look in the mirror, we are taking a look in a mirror. We might want to look at ourselves, and be honest with ourselves. We might want to see if we have our own patterns and we might want to see if we are doing things in the wrong way. If we are, we can take a look at our behaviors and fix them. We might want to seek the help of a wise friend or a therapist. There are ways to make things better.
