In a nutshell, resell is the process of selling (reselling) a product for a different price than it was originally sold for. This can happen for a variety of reasons: the product was no longer in demand, the consumer no longer needs the product, the product has been discontinued, or the product has just been discontinued.
For example, a new car may be discontinued and repurchased at a much lower price than the original price.
I think the word resell is mostly just a matter of semantics. I’m not a fan of reselling anything because I think that’s a very bad way to sell a product. I’m just not sold on the term.
There are a lot of other ways to sell something in the real world. A new bike may be sold on Craigslist, but Craigslist is essentially a black market and people who sell on Craigslist are considered resellers.
So I guess we’re just going to call it resell and just assume that it is illegal.
I think it is legal. The reselling of goods or services is not illegal. The sale of goods or services is illegal (fraud, etc.) but the sale of goods or services in the form of a product or service that does not meet the definition of a product or service cannot be prosecuted. This is part of the reason why you can’t sell just anything. You have to set yourself up as a seller.
You cannot even set yourself up as a seller. You cannot set yourself up as a seller. You cant even set yourself up as a seller. You might be able to sell a certain number of items on your own, but you still cant sell the whole product.
You never sell anything. You sell things you have on hand. You have to convince people that you can sell things you only have on hand, or at least that you have something that can be purchased for a small sum of money.
Selling something you have on hand is called reselling, and most sellers that I know are in the real world, not on Amazon or eBay or on Facebook or any other of the myriad social networks. The idea is that you have something that is not just a good deal, but also a good deal in the moment.
Like most things, I get a lot of flak, but I see it as a positive. I see it as an opportunity to sell stuff that is not a necessity, but also a necessity in the moment. It’s great to have money, but you have to be smart with it.
